About an Update
With this update, you can personalize the names of metrics displayed in the Custom Events report, making them more intuitive and easier to understand on your dashboards. Whether you need to align event names with specific in-app actions or match them with internal terminology, this feature provides more flexibility in presenting your data.
Additionally, now you can fine-tune the rounding options for these renamed metrics, allowing you to select rounding to 1, 2, or 3 decimal places. This enhancement ensures increased clarity and precision in data analysis.
How to Use the New Functionality?
Go to the "Custom Events" section, create a report, or open a ready-made report through your custom dashboard. Navigate to the report results and click the "Metric settings" button above the table or graph.
On the left, you'll find a list of metrics. Simply click on any metric to change its name. On the right, you can select rounding options for each metric. Click “OK” to save the settings.
With this update, you have full control over how your custom metrics are presented, from names to accuracy. This ensures that the metrics from your Custom Events report are more clearly displayed on your dashboard for all team members.
