Webinar on fighting ad fraud in games and apps with ad fraud expert Pola Vayner and marketing expert Aleksandr Bezobrazov
Ad Fraud — Defining The Beast

Recently devtodev held a free webinar with two great experts who shared their knowledge about ad fraud — a problem that has plagued online publishers since advertising first migrated online.

Speakers

Pola Vayner is the Team Lead of Adjust's Fraud Prevention Specialists. In her role, she is responsible for researching, investigating and preventing advertising fraud, helping to solve what remains a multibillion-dollar problem and bring greater education and transparency to the mobile marketing industry. Prior to Adjust, Pola worked in the Operational Risk team at Paypal where she was responsible for preventing and operating end-user buyer/merchant fraud.

Aleksandr Bezobrazov, Vice President of Marketing at G5 Games, has more than ten years of marketing management experience. Before joining G5, he spent more than 2 years as Director of Marketing at a game developer Social Quantum, where he was overseeing all aspects of mobile game marketing, from user acquisition and ad monetization to ASO, PR and branding.

Agenda

  • The definition of ad fraud (non-compliance, technical, end-user fraud).

  • Fraud trends (attribution manipulation - click spam, click injection, and fake traffic - fake installs, spoofed installs).

  • What you can do to avoid fraud.

This webinar is useful for small/indie, middle, large developers, as well as for SMM-specialists and anyone interested in this topic.
